Return/Exchange Policy

I accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. 

Sale items and custom orders cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged. Please confirm size and budget before purchasing.

Please contact me to start a return for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

I kindly request that items be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping: $5 within the U.S. and Canada

I am happy to offer free domestic shipping within the U.S. and Canada for orders over $100.

International Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping: $25 outside the U.S. and Canada 

Buyers are responsible for understanding customs regulations in their countries and for any customs fees that may apply.

Processing/Shipping Time

Processing Time

Processing time differs by product. Please refer to the product description for details about each piece.

Ready to ship items will typically be shipped within 3 business days.

Made to order and custom pieces will be created and shipped within 4-6 weeks after your order is placed.

If you need to receive your piece within a certain timeframe, please purchase expedited shipping and/or contact me.

Shipping Time

After being shipped, items shipped within the U.S. via USPS First Class typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Items shipped within the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

International orders typically arrive within 7-21 days.

Delivery estimates are subject to changes in weather. After an item is processed by USPS, I am unable to alter any order details.

Lost packages are the responsibility of the buyer, but I will do my best to help locate the package.

Repairs

Handmade jewelry is delicate and should be treated with care. If an item has been treated with care and breaks within 30 days of delivery, I'm happy to repair it.

After 30 days, the item is subject to a repair fee and buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
