After being shipped, items shipped within the U.S. via USPS First Class typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Items shipped within the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
International orders typically arrive within 7-21 days.
Delivery estimates are subject to changes in weather. After an item is processed by USPS, I am unable to alter any order details.
Lost packages are the responsibility of the buyer, but I will do my best to help locate the package.
Handmade jewelry is delicate and should be treated with care. If an item has been treated with care and breaks within 30 days of delivery, I'm happy to repair it.
After 30 days, the item is subject to a repair fee and buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
